My goal is to travel the world to meet people, see beautiful and
historic places, and spread the sport of geocaching to others. I
would especially enjoy visiting with other geocaching associations.
On October 12, 2002, I began my travels in Castlewood Park in
St. Louis, Missouri during the fall picnic of the St. Louis Area
Geocacher's Association. Several photographs of the picnic are
included on this page.
You can either log me as a typical cache or move me.
If you move me, you must move me at least 100 miles to a scenic
or historic place.
If you move it, place some pictures or a post card of the area
it has moved to in the cache for others to enjoy. (You can also
upload them with your log entry.) Put some information about the
area in the logbook and in your log entry.
Here are the details on how this will work. If you just log it,
just log it. If you are going to find it and move it, put a NOTE on
the site to warn people that it has been moved. Put something
obvious at the location such as a teepee of sticks so others
arriving right after you won't damage the environment looking for
something that is not there.
Once the cache is hidden again (do not make it very hard to find
and keep it a 1 star rating), log a NOTE on the cache page with the
new coordinates. Start your log entry with THIS IS THE CURRENT
COORDINATES. After the cache has been hidden in a new location, I
will update the cache coordinates.
Put any information about the new cache site in your entry on
the cache page. Place any hints for the cache in your log
entry.
The cache contains a logbook and pencil. The cache is a medium
sized Tupperware container. Do not take anything from me. Do not
put anything in me except pictures or post cards (or something
similar) of the areas I have visited.
