The GPS Coordinate take you to a wreck called the McAlister. To find this site you will need scuba. The McAlister is about 100ft long. There are two other wrecks tied to this one. The profile is about 75feet.
With your back facing the bow, take a 90 degrees heading for about 85ft. Look for a rock and white chain floating. Careful when you move the rock, there was a shrimp close by. At the end of the chain is the cache.
