Geocache Description:

Carve a stamp and start Letterboxing!

The original traditional cache (placed on Oct. 20, 2002) was repostioned and transformed to a Geocache/Letterbox Hybrid on Nov. 29, 2004. Those who found the original may hunt this new version of the old cache.

This hybrid is located along a fitness trail in Morningside Park. Playground and picnic areas are available.


Container is a Rubbermaid cannister with cammo tape. Within the cannister, a mint tin is attached (do NOT attempt to remove it, simply open it) that has the Letterbox Logbook and Stamp inside. If you're not into Letterboxing, you don't have to sign this small log, just sign the main Geocache logbook within the cannister.

You will need to bring an inkpad to stamp with, there is no inkpad in the cache or letterbox.
