Wild in the City Mystery Cache

In order to find this cache, you must first find one of the twenty 'Wild in the City' CDs that are currently floating around in Portland-area caches (see pic). As always, if you can't find one of the CDs and you want to do this cache, just let me know and I'll make sure you get one.
Listen to the songs, figure out the puzzle, then go look for the cache. In this case, said cache is only a virtual in the form of a small tag. The tag is located in a tree about five feet from the ground--in what is probably one of the last parks in the city limits of Portland to get a geocache placed in it. When you get there, you'll understand why a virtual cache was the only option. Once you find it, email me what it says to get credit for a find. Obviously, you shouldn't post what it says here.
The prize for the first finder is a $25 gift certificate at a local one-stop shopping center. Second and third finders get a beer and burger at their local brother-owned brewpub.
The real prize for finding this cache, however, is the fact that you've set foot in a VERY unique park that I'm about 99.9% sure you've never been to, a park that hardly anyone knows about. And it's kinda neat to see otters and the KOIN center in the same view.
You can make this cache as difficult as you want, depending on where you enter the water. If you look for this one during or just after a rainstorm, be advised of something called a 'combined sewer outfall.' Contact with the water should therefore be kept to a minimum. Life jackets are required.
