mainiac1957: I have decided to archive this one for now. I am not happy with the amount of filth surrounding the cache area. I will look for a more suitable spot in the near future. There were no TB's in the cache today so I sorry to those owners who had one there. Thanks to all that visited.

Geocache Description:

A place to drop and retrieve Travel Bugs between Bangor and Atlantic Canada.

I am placing this to offer an easy spot for travelers on the famed Airline Rd. to drop off or pick up TB on the trips to and from Maine. This is a 50 cal ammo can with plenty of room for all but the largest TB's. If you are going to the Acadia or coastal areas and a TB wants to continue south than this may be just what you want. And those going north the same may apply. I am going to see how much traffic it gets and then decide whether or not to make it a regular trade cache. A short walk on level ground. Ample off road parking make this an easy stop. This cache is intended for TB's only. If your not trading TB's please feel free to just sign the log and call it a find. No need to leave anything.
