Kauranga Valley Thames Park at the end of the road and walk up the
Webb Creek track.
For this cache I suggest that you make it an over night trip and
stay a night in the Pinnicles Hut. Pre book a bed from DOC in
Thames and pay at the HQ in the valley on the way in. The Webb
Creek steps are hard but think of the history of the area. Once you
have dropped your gear at the hut and had a meal walk up the
Pinnicles about 1 and half hour return. Well worth it for the
views. Find the cache in the morning on the way out as it is only
about 500 metres from the hut at the start of the Rangihau track.
Use the power pole with the solar panel o nit as the marker. I
suggest that you return to the car via the Billygoat track. Clear
tuppaware with a red lid. Contains matches, ball, stickers, pack of
cards,pen, pencil, notebook and bar
