The Fingerling migrated downstream from its home redd on Spring Creek to a new home near a local historical site on Bald Eagle Creek. The cache is still small, but will grow up fast.
This is not the prettiest of locations, but it does offer a great opportunity to cache-in/trash-out. Once the Fingerling grows up a bit, some assistance will be provided via trash bags left in his home (cache container). Until then, please bring your own trash bags.
While you are there, a visit to the local historical site is highly recommended. Find out what really led to the growth and expansion of this area. No, it wasn't Penn State University!
