Clyde Muirshiel is largely unknown outside central west Scotland, yet the landscape is both dramatic and beautiful. The Muirshiel visitors centre is 5 miles away from Lochwinnoch and is the centre for a number of picturesque waymarked trails, plus a path across the moor to Windy Hill.
Park at the Muirshiel visitors centre. The cache is located just off one of the main trails.
After finding the cache, continue along the waymarked circular walk and perhaps even trek across to the Armpit at Windy Hill (Lives up to it's name).
