Try to research or guess the
correct answers, but a link is provided at the end of each question to help you. This cache was moved and modified
on 4/19/03. It is now considerably easier because you can do all the research before going out to the site, and
the links are provided as aids. People who previously found it should not log it again, as the questions (and
answers) are almost identical, and it has not been moved a great distance. The original log book has been placed
inside. I have removed several non-law enforcement related trading items. This is a theme cache. Please bring only
law enforcement items to trade, or travel bugs. I am placing the Stephanie McCarty Travel Bug and a Where's George in the cache, just to get started with a few more items. Many of the original theme-consistent items are now gone. I am also placing an answer sheet that provides more detailed explanations to the questions than the links below.

You should have six numbers written down (two from Question B, remember). Multiply the first four numbers to
get XYZ. Add .XYZ to the posted decimal to obtain the actual longitude coordinate. That is, .363 + .XYZ is the
real decimal portion of the minutes. Multiply together the last three numbers to get JKL. Add .JKL to the posted
decimal to obtain the latitude coordinate. That is, .507 + .JKL is the real decimal portion of the latitude.
