January 30 by boatchick (3085 found) After finding the cache at the cemetery in Greenup, i continued west toward this one. What a nice covered bridge! I'd like to find the quick history of this one online--it looks fairly new to me, but what do i know about covered bridges? Very little. I parked the car and took the short but chilly walk to the bridge. I had read the hint, and i looked and looked, but i found nothing. Since i had a long way yet to drive today, and because it is just so darned cold, i gave up after about 5 or 10 minutes. When i got back to the car, i re-read the hint Then i went back and found it in seconds. *sigh* It pays to read carefully, i guess. Thanks for keeping this great older cache going! The listed geocoins are not in the cache, and have not been logged since March 2009 and July 2009. Cache owner, you can easily remove the travel bug from the page by accessing the cache listing, clicking on the geocoin, and selecting "mark item missing" from the dropdown menu on the right-hand side. If the bug mysteriously reappears, this will not hurt its statistics/mileage in any way. It's a matter of courtesy to the geocoin owner, whose personal property has gone missing, and to future finders, who may see the icon and expect to find a coin, not realizing that it has been missing for months.

December 27, 2009 by sgtmta (437 found) Stopped on our way back home to St. Louis from a Christmas visit in Ohio with family. This is our Cumberland County find for the SLAGA County Challenge. Given the snow conditions it probably wasn't the smartest thing we have ever done. Lovely bridge, but didn't admire it as much as I would have under better weather conditions. TFTC.

December 11, 2009 by NevaP (2453 found) Happiness is clearing a six and a half year old DNF. It appears the cache had gone AWOL when I was here in June 2003. This is the first time I have traveled by here since then. Spotted it after a bit of looking and managed to reach it. I took the Piccolo TB and didn't see any others in there. SLTN, left a photo magnet. TF a nice cache at a really fine bridge. The information boards were not here our previous visits.
