If you go to the listed coordinates, you will find a park in Livermore, but you won't find this cache because it's not there. This is an Urban cache.

[ BRIEFING ]
As you may know, sensitive materials occasionally fall into the hands of SF2062. These items have a tracking tag attached to them. Intelligence indicates that SF2062 is using the encoded coordinates below as a cache location for captured artifacts until they can be transferred to Syrinx for investigation. Your objective is to locate this dead-drop and extract an item, switching it with a Bug if possible.

Reconnaissance has located the cache at the encrypted coordinates:
