This cache was placed to augment the void of Frodo and Sams Hensley Lake cache due to the locked gate. It is also meant to be a launching point of all of the travel bugs that have been pilferred from Down by the Dry River Cache, before they show up at my door with a shotgun. Joanz is really a clepto and regularly takes the riverwalk needless to say she has an obcession with travel bugs.
