This cache is a travel bug and hitchhiker only cache. If you
have a travel bug who needs to go to a particular destination, you
can drop it off here to get a ride from another geocacher. If you
have a travel bug in your posession who wants to meet other travel
bugs, this is the place! If you want to help a travel bug on its
way, come stop by and pick one up. If you just want to visit,
you're welcome also.
All visitors to the cache are asked to sign the log book in the
cache. If you take a travel bug from the cache, please log your
find online both on the cache page and on the TRACKABLE ITEMS page.
Please do not put the travel bug number in either of your logs.
Please do not take a travel bug if you do not plan to log that
travel bug online. If you leave a travel bug in the cache, please
click on that travel bug from the travel bug box at the botton of
your log for the cache.
The travel bugs like a clean hotel so they've asked that you not
leave any trade items in the cache, only fellow travel bugs.
Directions to the hotel: Travelling south on I81, take the
Dorrance exit and travel south on Rt 309. To get back on I81 south,
continue south on Rt 309, then take I80 west to the I81
interchange.
Travelling north on I81, take I80 east to the Mountain Top exit
and travel north on Rt 309. To get back on I81 north, continue
north on Rt309 and follow signs to I81.
Travelling on I80, take the Mountain Top exit and travel north
on Rt 309. Go south to get back to I80.
This cache is designed to be a quick find so travel bugs can
easily be dropped off and picked up. The cache is now an ammo can.
The cache is near a parking area of the PA Gamelands. Wear orange
in hunting season, but please look at cache contents away from its
location to keep the location hidden. Please cover cache container
when replacing.
