Hemlock: This cache was approved as a physical cache. When a cache box disappears the options are to archive the listing or to replace the box.
Ok, so a box is no longer allowed in the area. That leaves archival as the only option.
If the cache meets the guidelines for virtual cache I would be happy to review a new submission for a virtual, but it is unfair to those that found it as a physical to have credit for a virtual.
Please feel free to submit a new cache report for this cache as a virtual cache if it meets the requirements for a virtual listed here: http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx
