This cache is at the 577 Foundation in Perrysburg, Oh. I would have
loved to make this a traditional cache, but due to the nature of
facility it isn't possible.
The 577 Foundation was established by Virginia Stranahan who bought
this property from Edward Drummond Libbey (as in Libby glass). This
12 acre estate, which is on the Maumee River, was not your typical
multi-millionaire's estate. While other estates were being divided
up to make housing, this land was set aside "to keep a corner of
Perrysburg green"
This estate contains numerous buildings, including a Geodesic
Biodome, pottery barn, small public reading room where you can buy
used books cheap or drop off books, a place to dig fossils, an 1804
log cabin, a summer maze, river walk nature trail and much
more.
This is all open to the public, FREE, 9am to 5 pm, 7 days a week.

What another great November day to be out geocaching. With our new member of Motor City Cache Machine, JTee, Fellow memebers Celtic Cache Trio, TeamLegend4 and Myself headed to the Toledo,OH
area for what turned out to be another 100+ find day. We cached and sign all the logs with MCCM for what turned out to be 17 hrs of fun with a great group of Diehard cachers, plans are in the work for 1 or 2 24hr runs next year and these smaller runs are helping in our planning for those. We hit alot of great caches and even got in some good hiking on some rail to trails. Thanks to all those who placed these caches and make this sport what it is. TFTC email on the way

We got some of the Motor City Cache Machine for some caching in the Toledo, OH area. It was another triple digit day for us! We seem to be making a habit of this. Seems none of us ever want to stop caching when we're out. We had a great time.This looked a place I would like to spend some time one day if not on a numbers run.

We spent this beautiful November day doing some group caching with our friends Celtic Cache Trio, reefrider52, and jtee.We visited many caches over the 17 hour period we were out. We signed all the logs with our group nickname "MCCM" - Motor City Cache Machine. We had a great time finding these caches and just having a bunch of fun on the day. We really enjoy these group outings! Thank you to all the cache hiders for all the great hides that we found today! Email has been sent with the answer to the question.
