Geocache Description:

A tough little micro cache in a park.

After all the easy micro finds in the area, I thought we needed one that was a little tougher to find. I thought this park was funny when I saw it on the map and I knew I had to put a cache here. (Edit: Bumping it to 3 1/2 difficulty.)(Edit 2: No need to reach in anywhere, the cache is in plain sight when you look at the right angle)(Edit 3: It was pointed out to me that this park is Frank Santana, not Frank Sanatra, so my cache name doesn't really make sense. So, who is Frank Santana, and why does he rate a park and a row?)
