Geocache Description:

This cache is located off Armand Bayou. It was designed that you are going to need a canoe or kayak to get to it, but you should be able to get to it by foot but I didn't try it from that direction. It is a true 5 rating on terrain because of the critters out there. We saw an aligator and an "Ohbejesus" size snake prior to hiding it, so BEWARE.

By boat: Put your boat, canoe or kayak only, in at Bay Area Park. It is about a 30 minute ride. You will be shocked to know this wildlife area exist in this part of Houston. By car: Park near the site and walk through at the Texas Coastal sign. The cache is in a tupperware container in the woods with a white lid. It is under a tree in the woods.

Some items included are:

  • Armand Bayou patch
  • My favorite book, a traveling cache item.
  • An old beer tap
and much more.

Good Luck Cache Baggers.
