Palmetto Park Geocache Traditional Geocache
Happy Boy: Right now it looks like the construction in the area around the cache for new athletic fields for USC Sumter does not make the cache viable. I hope that there will be future caches in Palmetto Park, but for now this one is not viable and I can not keep up with it.

Located at Sumter's Palmetto Park. Park along Theatre Road at a picnic shelter. Cache is located off a small path behind the tennis courts. You will need to walk all the way around the courts to access the path and cache. Use your GPS to find the approximate location of the cache. Elevation of the cache is 222 feet.
The cache is in a clear tupperware container with a white lid. Initial contents include American flag, a mini-St. Louis Cardinals cap (can be used as an ice cream cup), golf ball, snowman Pez dispenser, and a 2002 FIFA World Cup soccer game for Playstation 2.
