October 24 by ksrenegade (7490 found) This one was one of my must finds today to complete the 2001 Kansas Challenge. I was worried all day about the road conditions but they turned out to be in pretty good shape today. I found this great cache in one of the coolest spots in Kansas with no problems. I logged and TNLN. Thanks for the very nice cache and for keeping this one active all these years!!

[view this log] | September 7 by 4America (2405 found) Absolutely stunning view. The sun was close to settnig and it just could not have been more beautiful. It was an honor to find one of the oldest caches. We hope you get your other one gets un-archived soon. We'll come back when that happens! Find #2319 @ 19:08 on 9/6/2009. This was # 50 find of 91 total on a wild West / Northwest Kansas run! Visiting from Wichita KS. Over 1300 miles, to many counties to count, added a few to the delorme count, and 3 different states. Crossed the time zone so many times I think I am jet lagged! Everything geocaching - Tees, Log stamps, Signature items, we do it all! (visit link) visit www.kansasgeocaching.com Thanks!
[view this log] | August 14 by James Bridger (2147 found) 8/14/2009 17:49 Found: Not too far of a drive to this one, though it has some windy and pretty terrain with glimpses of the valleys to either side. No traffic today and I parked close to ground zero, then admired the view. I wonder if this river is pronounced 'Airy-Carry' or 'A-rick-uh-ree'. I prefer the latter and I found on some documents it is actually spelled Arickaree. I also found that where this river crosses the CO line it is the lowest elevation in Colorado, but ironically is the highest low point of any of the 50 states. It was nice to find and sign this historic cache. Found it in good shape, taking nothing and leaving signature card and JB dice game. Thanks for the nice view and the historic cache.
