Joe was out causing trouble again and dancing with the ladies. While famous for having a hearty time, he was also famous for being a pirate and thief. While at Sooy's place, he was captured escaping out the back door. Maybe he stumbled over the stone pillars. You will find them as well. Maybe that's all you'll find of the Washington Tavern. A famous stagecoach stop of its time. Just down the road from the Washington Stable.

Joe was found guilty and hung (at another cache in the area).
