Geocache Description:

First cache in Escalon. Just trying to spread the love.

I thought Escalon needed a cache. So many folks just pass on through on the way to the lake or the snow or Yosemite. Rarely do folks do more than stop for gas or a bathroom "brake" here in town. So now you have a reason to visit.

This cache is NorthEast of an active railway. There is a 6 foot fence seperating the two areas, use due caution especially with children.

The TopoZone map is NOT an acurate representation of the cache location. The Mapquest map is better.
