Geocache Description:

Located in a beautiful and peaceful area on the Ice Age Trail alongside a real babbling brook!

Goosey Bart needed some time to think about his shenanigans so he alighted down the trail a few miles, on a stream. Bart often finds himself between a rock and a hard spot and this time is no exception. Bart often doesn't follow the rules but we as geocachers must. So, park you car in the lot at N43 09.697 W88 21.452. WARNING! If you bring children, there is a deer carcass on the edge of the parking lot that has been partly eaten by ? Follow the trail to near the coordinates where you will have to leave the trail for a very short way. At the coordinates is a bench and a wonderful, twisting and babbling brook feeding into North Lake. The Oconomowoc River I believe. It is simply gorgeous right now in January. After admiring the scenery you will find a plaque on the bench and three numbers. Don't worry. The numbers are on the plaque and obvious. No pressure treated wood number or hardware to look at. The cache is at N43 09.693 W88 21.''the number'' plus 71. The cache container is a camo tape covered 2X6 plastic jar. Contents are sparse. Log sheet, pen, pencil and a travel bug.
