Remember the Burma Shave signs along the highways in years past?
Burma Shave was a brushless shaving cream that was made popular in early 20th century America by a unique advertising campaign that consisted of a series of signs evenly spaced along the America's highways providing an interesting diversion for travelers. They were clever, fun and consequently were quite popular.

Click on the Burma Shave logo below to see a lot of the original Burma Shave signs!

This cache is the first of a series of Burma Caches. The treasure is in the hunt and the message you build at each coordinate.

These caches are multi-virtual caches and consist of a series of coordinates. At each coordinate you will find a small metal tag with a word or two attached in plain view (usually to a fence or sign post).

In order to verify your visit, you need to supply the following information:
  1. What is the phrase built from the words at each coordinate?

Great cache! What a clever idea. This was the last of several we hit on Thanksgiving afternoon, trying to burn off some turkey calories. It was a great idea. Thanks for the cache.

This was fun. I have read a lot abut the Burma Shave bilboards. This was a fun way to experience something like it.

Thanks for the fun adventure. We had a picnic in the park and Journey played forever. She even practiced CITO. We got a few pics and will upload those when we get home. Email with answers sent.
