Geocache Description:

Located in the Chilao Campground in the San Gabriel Mountains.

On Friday, our Boy Scout Troop set out to the San Gabriel Mountains with the hopes of working on our Snow Sports Merit Badge. But, for the second year in a row, we were denied of any precipitation in the form of the white stuff to help us out.

So instead, be just had a good time being out in the fresh air and enjoyed playing 'Capture the Flag' , Football, and, of course, hiding a cache.

The Jawbone Cache is just a few yards off a paved road, with just a little walking around some very scratchy bushes, so it shouldn't be too hard to reach. We found a jawbone of an unidentified animal, and placed it with the cache to help you find it.
