High in the North Cascades with a 360 view 6357' over 4000' gain on rough trail
There are at least two manmade features in the area though the one at the above location is only a stump. Just below is a device of unknown origin and alien appearance. The function and purpose are a mystery. A description will show that you found it. The view alone is one of the best in the area but in a Wilderness area, thus the virtual nature. Sloan, Lena, Chimmny Rock, Black, Red, Dissapointment, Glacier, Fire, Meadow, Eldorado. Shucksan, Baker, Twin, Whitehorse, Pugh, Three Fingers, Dickerman are all visible from here as are a hundred others. It is a magic place well worth the toil.
