The coordinates bring you to an object from where this cache starts.
Go 85 paces on the trail to the N.E., and if all is done right, you should come to the junction of another trail. To your left are two stumps. In the base on the far side of the furthest stump you'll find a clear 35mm film container.
Inside are the coordinates for two more caches, both of which have been put together by the kids, so lots of toys.
The area has a nice playground, but is also a teenage party place. Usually lots of kids around, so be discreet.
