Geocache Description:

The coordinates listed above are BOGUS, they are for Lake Andrea.

The Thin Tin cache can. The cache can is a tin from an AOL CD that is painted in camo colors. PLEASE put the tin back with the “this side up” label up. It is wedged into place to try to keep the moisture out.

You will have to do some homework to do this cache. The cache is in a park that is open from sun up to sun down. There are signs posted in the park that a parking sticker is needed to park in the lots at the park. Although I have never had a problem, I don't want to see anyone get a ticket doing one of my caches.

Answer the following questions to reveal the correct coordinates. Then you will be able to find the cache. Here are the coordinates for the cache.

N 42° AA.BBB W087° CC.DDD

AA = The year stained glass artist Harry Clarke died.

BBB = The area code for Hartford CT.

CC = The year Axel Hugo Theodor Theorell won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine.

DDD = What series (or type) of the Porsche 911 was manufactured from 1989 to 1993.

After you do your homework feel free to E-mail me what you came up with, I will let you know if you are good to go.

The cache contains

  • Log book
  • Pen
  • Pencil

There is no room to leave anything in the cache, so just sign the log.

Thanks and have fun, but as always, BE SAFE!
