CRAZY HORSE is a moving micro-cache. The above coordinates are near the parking area at the Harbison State Forest. Read the logs below to find out CRAZY HORSES current location. When you find it, you may either simply sign the log sheet, or you may take it and rehide somewhere else and post the new information in your log below.
IF YOU TAKE IT,
MAKE A SMALL TEPEE OF STICKS TO NOTE TO OTHER GEOCACHERS
THAT IT IS GONE.
Please keep it in the Harbison State Forest. And by all means, be creative.
The cache is a small waterproof container and has a length of wire attached for hiding/hanging in various spots. Since The Commissar hid this cache it is of course camouflaged.
Please do not hide it in a spot that would require a rating higher than a 2.5 Difficulty or a 2.5 Terrain and do not make it an offset cache. Please log it quickly if you take it, or suffer the wrath of your fellow Geocachers. In your log you must include the caches new coordinates, the appropriate rating at its new location, and an encrypted hint.
As this is a moving cache, it is acceptable to log it more than once provided the following:
1) The cache has been moved to a new location by someone else and you were not present or involved in any way with its placement at its current location, and…
Effective 2/17/2005 the 30 day waiting period is removed to encourage more movement of the cache
2) You have not logged it within the last 30 days (to ensure that everyone has a shot at finding and/or moving it.)
So What Are You Waiting For?Take A Ride With...
CRAZY HORSE!
Good Luck and ENJOY!

Be sure to add this one to your watch list. I have a feeling this is going to be CRAZY!
