A Smiley Face theme cache in a waterfront park by a fishing pier.
This is a Smiley Face theme cache so, please, only place objects with smiley faces on them in it. The cache is in a small waterfront park in he town of Gulfport one block East of the retail stores, ice cream shop and artist galleries of Beach Blvd. Twice a month, on the first Friday and Third Saturday, the shops stay open later than normal and the Astronomy club sets up telescopes at dusk for anyone who wonders by to see what's up - Toad may be there.
Please access the cache from within the park and not from the sidewalk surrounding it.
