Hidden for the Spring Picnic event on 5-3-2003 and expected to become a permanent geocache in this park. The cache is accessible by the Duck Pond Trail which is a motorized vehicle use trail that starts on Hoffman's Mill Rd at 39 15.792N / 074 53.130W.
Located in the Northwest corner of Belleplain State Forest. The Duck pond trail is a dirt road that is in very good shape, in fact it looks as though they just grated the surface. A car should be able to make it all the way and park within 10ft of the cache. After hiding the cache I walked over to get some pictures of the Duck Pond and saw lots of blacksnakes and other reptiles leaping into the water as I walked by. Enjoy the view...
