This is almost a handicap cache but someone in a wheelchair might have trouble reaching into the scrubs far enough to grab the cache. But it's paved right up to the last 3 feet or so.
Since you are traveling and want to get some miles under your belt I'm going to give the location away with no additional hints. No reason to waste time in a hunt while you've got way too much road left to cover.
Pull up into the very last big truck driving slot and you can almost reach into the scrubs from your car. The cache is black so it's hard to spot but make sure you rehide it well or it will be gone quickly. You do not need to walk around in the scrubs, it can be reached from the pavement.
