All aboard for the Tulare Welcome Center...
I was down this way on a business trip and saw there were NO caches in the area. Stumbled upon this neat little welcome center and decided to make a stop in Tulare for others. This is a simple film canister micro that had a small trade item in it to start. Maybe this will inspire other caches in the Tulare area. Maybe not.
