If you're in the downtown area and have a little extra time on your hands, consider this cache.
Strap yourself into the drivers seat of the time machine and count the number of spokes in the steering wheel (spokes = A). Now head on over to the building that the machine is pointing towards. Inside you will need to find the following information.
Print the two "photo clues" below. Each photo is a small section of a larger picture and has information that is missing. Find the actual full-sized pictures to determine the values for (B) and (C).
