retphoto: this cache has gone MIA....Most likely due to the actions of some muggles(not the park ranger, as previously belived). The container, may of been thrown over the edge, or it may of taken a walk to another location. Anyhow it's GONE....searches of the area, have not turned it up.
So I'm archiving it, and not going to replace it.
This opens up a huge portion if some one wants to place a cache nearby....Be sure to do all your paperwork for the Ranger, before placing! Also check on type of container!
