My first cache, so I hope it's good. Found it while riding my scooter.
It is a green belt like area because there is a lot of grass and sidewalks running through it. It is a bowl shaped area so there are hills all around. It should be pretty easy. You don't have to dig or move anything. If your in the right spot, you can see it without touching it. Hope I have said enough.
