Lovely early morning stroll up the road (we have walked many miles in the bush in the last few weeks) to the pleasant area that was the GZ. January 6 by beltfamily (1329 found) This log won't be original, but it will be true. It was great to knock off NZ's oldest, and the world's 5th oldest, active cache. GC48 in and by itself speaks volumes. I found it, well protected, amongst the ferns and gorse, and some fresh looking blackberry. I hope it lasts long enough to become the WORLD's oldest active cache. Thanks - I bet you never expected this sort of notoriety when you placed it! View This Log
