This video image comes from Rob Lake's Webcam located someplace
on the University of Alberta Campus.
NOTE: There is enough information provided in the
description and homepage to help you find the webcam. The posted
co-ordinates are bogus and will NOT plop you right in front of the
lens. You will still have to figure out where the camera is (based
on current view). This cache should be done with a cell phone
and a good friend on a computer at the other end of the line.

Please visit Rob Lake's website @ http://www.cs.ualberta.ca/~lake/cam/
for near real time updates (20 second intervals).
To Log The Cache:
When you are CLEARLY spotted in the frame STANDING IN
FRONT OF THE BOOTH, and as CLOSE TO THE CAMERA AS
POSSIBLE holding up your GPS have them capture the screen
image. In Windows, press the "PrtScr/SysReq" key which will
copy the image to clipboard, and then paste into MSPaint or other
paint program to edit the image. Or, you can 'Right Click' the
image, and choose 'Save As...'. YOU MUST THEN upload
this image along with the date and time the photo was taken. Of
course other Operating Systems vary so you are left you your own
devices to figure that out. In addition to submitting the photo you
need to email RB&R some details from the phone booth, the phone
number and address.
Additional Notes:
If possible, hold up a sign or banner with your geocaching name
in front of you, or else hold up a couple of balloons, or something
to CLEARLY identify yourself (in your log entry) as a
GeoCacher (and not just as a passerby) would help! YOU MUST BE
LOOKING DIRECTLY UP TOWARDS THE CAMERA! If you CANNOT
bring a sign (or feel silly in doing so) then perhaps lean up
against one of the trees with one hand CLEARLY on it, while
holding your GPS up in the other.
If you want (as others have done) send us a photo of either the
webcam, and yourself or caching party clearly holding up the GPS at
the location (and send an accurate waypoint). BTW, we are still
waiting for someone to take an image in a Super Man costume.
