Geocache Description:

Tenth in a series of I-5 caches.

Can be reached from either Northbound or Southbound Rest Areas. Cache is away from the populated rest room area, down near the river. You can drive down there if the entry is not closed (and the river isn't flooding), otherwise, its a short walk from the main parking area. This isn't meant to be a tough hunt, just a reason to pull over, take a break from driving and have fun locating a cache.

While hiding it a couple of ODOT employees came over and inquired as to my odd behavior. I explaned the game and supplied them with my email address. They didn't see any problem with it and gave the thumbs-up for placing the cache.
