Robert Wadlow, Alton’s Gentle Giant, was the world’s tallest person (8' 11.1"). The coordinates are at his statute. You can figure out the coordinates for the second cache there. The second cache is about a mile away in Rock Springs Park.

The coordinates for the first spot should be no problem. I think the coordinates for the second cache should be pretty accurate. However, it appears they were messing with WAAS signal due to the terrorist attacks as I had a lock on the WAAS satellite but I could not get a WAAS differential fix. But the hint should get you there, it is in the right place on the map.
Sometimes the park the second cache is placed in is closed for a Xmas lights show. If you cannot get into the park, you can just email me the coordinates for the second cache and then log it.
