"In the shuffling madness of the locomotive breath,
runs the all-time loser, headlong to his death.
He feels the piston scraping - steam breaking on his brow
old Charlie stole the handle and the train won't stop going
no way to slow down." Jethro Tull

Geocache Description:

In Wharton State Forest on the New Jersey Central abandoned railroad.

Named after the song Locomotive Breath by Jethro Tull. Come in off Rt 206 and onto Hampton road. Turn onto Stokes road and PARK HERE : N 39' 44.814 W 074' 42.034. I took it easy on you, I walked down the rail/trail for a mile and crossed over 2 tressels. I changed my mind and came back and placed it near the first tressel. A nice view of one of the many streams in the Pinebarrens is right there. I also did some trail maintenance for you and I heard a deer doing it's mating call nearby. I placed a Where's George in it. This is a log only cache so bring a pen.

I replaced the wet logbook with a new one on 2/29/2004
