Pecked and Stumped Traditional Cache
4Mergansers: My apologies for not archiving this cache sooner. Chalk it up to newbie ignorance . . . I didn't even realize that I was possibly preventing someone else from establishing a nearby cache. Sorry to all!

Located in Anderson Point Park in the Fragaria/Olalla area of South Kitsap County. Take South Banner Road to Millihanna Road. Follow signs to parking area. Trail is an old dirt road. Cache is located approx. 0.2 mi from the parking area. There is a pretty good elevation change, but if you go slow and enjoy the flora and fauna you will be fine. GPS coverage in the area is sketchy. Should be okay near this cache. Go down and enjoy the beach after your find your treasure!
The cache container is a regular-sized Rubbermaid container with a blue lid. It is wrapped in a black trash sack. There is no bushwacking required, but watch out for the Stinging Nettles. (If you do get stung, grab a nearby Bracken Fern and rub it onto the sting -- that should cure it.) Our GPS was sketchy in this area. We got several readings, all very close to each other, and the stated coordinates are an average. The original contents of the cache are: A firefighter toy set, a Pooh journal, a magnifying glass, two rubber balls, a dog leash, a geocaching.com compass/keychain, an arrow-shaped notepad and Gloomy Eeyore the Travel Bug!
