Rated a 1.5/2 because of the 'trail' you have to travel on. Overgrown grass... not bad, and good for the dog to romp on. Nestled in a shady grove of holly's and vines. A cool pleasant spot to log in and take a CD with you. I'll keep refilling if there are no trades., Enjoy. PARK ON LYMAN AVENUE, you don't want to tresspass , do you?
