The Low Water Crossing park of the LCRA is a little-known park downstream of Mansfield Dam. The area is near the exit port of the Mansfield dam, and that means when they're releasing water (as they have been recently), the water temperature is around 40 degrees F!
Let's build some rapport with the LCRA and do a quick clean-up on this park. During the clean-up, which should take 15 to 30 minutes, we'll discuss geocaching, consume a beverage or two and generally have a great time. Note: there are NO picnic tables or grills in this park!
