A camoflauged container with a tiny log. No room for any goodies, sorry. Get the absolute best view of Philadelphia from this very spot. Bring a picnic, a blanket, and relax!
Measuring approximately 3 inches tall by 1 inch wide, this well camoflauged cache container replaces the metal canister I previous used at this location. The cache is NOT HIDDEN in the hole at the bottom of the tree. This spot has become gross and nasty with too much broken glass. This new container is clearly visible once you see past its camoflauge.
Official parking is at the bottom of the hill (hence the difficulty on terrain). If you plan to be "in and out" you can park at the top along the road's shoulder.
Most times this location is completely deserted but must get a fair share of activity as evidenced by the charcoal pits.
After your find, HIDE IT AS WELL OR BETTER!
Remember to catch a look at the zoo balloon. If you don't see it, wait a few minutes for it to go up again!
The clue is a dead giveaway.
