Geocache Description:

Off of the Jackson lake Rd. The cache is .75 miles off the road as the crow flies. trail to the cache.

The trail is off the west side of the road and is about 200' past the Jackson lake boatramp road. follow the trail till you come to some blue ribbons then take the trail to the right.(addendum as of 9/1/01...You will come to a ravine that may be tough for small children or others. Going down can be slippery and coming back up can get you winded. However there are plenty of switch backs and rest points) if the ribbons are gone then about 200' back from the chain gate. Just prior to the beach there are two ivy covered trees on the hill to the left. The cache is behind the first tree.

This cache will appeal to all ages.. Included are are barrel of monkeys. Silver dollars, Christmas lights, golf club covers and more.

Take a picnic lunch as this is a remote beautiful site. The property it's on has been donated to the state and eventually will be a park.
