Visit a historical mustard mill.
Besuch in einer historischen Senfmühle.

One of the oldest mustard mills, build in 1810, is located in Cochem, Germany. The mill was restored in order to show the complete production method of mustard.

The daily production amounts to only 360 kg. The mustard shall be produced like it was done in the times that the mill was build. They produce seven flavors of handmade mustard and two kinds of mustard liquor.

You may log a find with an attached foto that shows yourself in front of the mill as proof of visit.

Eine der ältesten Senfmühlen Europas, erbaut 1810, befindet sich in Cochem. Die Senfmühle wurde so in Stand gesetzt, dass die Herstellungsweise von Senf in seiner vollständigen Bandbreite gezeigt werden kann.

Die tägliche Produktion beträgt nur 360 kg. Ziel ist es, den Senf so herzustellen, wie es dem Baujahr der Mühle entspricht. Produziert werden sieben Sorten handgemachten Senf, aber auch Produkte wie Senfschnaps oder Senflikör.

Den Cache dürft Ihr als gefunden loggen, wenn Ihr ein Foto von Euch selbst vor der Senfmühle dem Log hinzufügt.
Die Option die Logerlaubnis durch Beantwortung einer Frage zu erhalten endete am 24.10.2009!

Als locationless Caches von Groundspeak noch zugelassen waren konnte hier eine historische Senfmühle mit eigener Homepage als Find geloggt werden. Ein solches Log ist heute leider nur noch als Note-Log möglich, wird aber in die nachfolgende Tabelle übernommen.
