January 22 by WingsAndTales (1198 found) I have been working on a challenge cache that requires finding the oldest active cache in ten different states. Thank goodness I have a job that involves a lot of travel. I had a 33 hour layover in Phoenix today so I grabbed a rental car and headed out. The weather was really bad last night(we were over 2 hours late getting here) and I was afraid the rain in the forecast today would keep me from getting this one. There was no water in the wash but the ground was wet. Fortunately the rain held off long enough for me to make the hike. I got sprinkled on a couple times but not even enough to need my jacket. I found a TB in here that wasn't in the inventory so I'll drop it and retrieve it so the mileage is correct. TFTC

January 13 by smudget (406 found) Long walk but getting to the first in AZ was worth it. It seemed appropriate to leave a travel bug even though the cache was pretty full. Left M5NKWP compass. It sure was a nice compass. I wanted to keep it but bugs must stay together and move on. TFTC SL
