Geocache Description:

Is this Brisbane's best look out?

The cache is located on what we think may well be Brisbane's best lookout. There is close to 360o views from this inner northern suburbs location. The immediate surroundings aren't that salubrious, but the location is top shelf. People have reported seeing discarded needles in the area, so please take extra care. The cache can be accessed without having to go into the bush. It can also been seen without moving anything.

The cache is a 4mm DAT container about 6cm x 8cm x 1.5cm. It contains

  • Mini Log Book and stash note
  • Pencil (but no sharpener)
  • $2 scratchy
  • Letter and number

Despite being a micro, this cache is at high risk of being disturbed. We were getting some variations in our GPS readings, so it was a choice of making it impossible to find or taking the risk of a muggle finding it. If all you find is some velcro dots on the underside of a building, then let us know as we can convert this to a virtual.

This cache is one of 8 micros in the Looking series. Each of these caches contains a letter and a number that is required before you can do the Look No More cache. Just make sure you take note of the letter and the number when you do this cache. Just don't publish any details in your logs

    Happy Caching!
