Geocache Description:

Enjoy a walk down to Merrymeeting Bay. The trail is a dirt road (muddy after the rains).

From the town of Bowdoinham, drive N on rt 24, then turn onto Browns point road. After the train tracks are crossed, turn onto Wildes road and follow to the end of the pavement. Park just inside the gate (at about the 44th parallel!). With a truck or 4x4 you could drive farther. It is slightly less than 1 mile to the end of the dirt road, and a phenomenal view.
Bring your dog for a romp!
