Geocache Description:

At the head of Narragansett Bay, generally a canoe/kayak would be appropriate, a very easy short under half mile paddle

This is my first time to hide a cache and I hope you will enjoy it and am open to feedback. It is at the head of Narragansett Bay, out over the water. It is a very easy paddle for a canoe or kayak. Due to several submerged obstructions I am warning against a vessel with a deep draft. It is a very easy under half mile paddle from any one of three or so possible public put-ins (launch sites). I chose this site because of its ease of access as well as all the activity that will be going on here over the next couple of years. The best time to do this is high tide. Its a fun place to sit and picnic, fish and sun. For those using nautical charts it is approximately midway between Nun (red) bouys #4 and #6. Good luck and have fun.
